Randolph Osae Koranteng is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of both United Infrastructure Development Corporation and Dram Oil & Trading Ltd. Mr. Koranteng has 23 years of experience in the financial and international credit sector where he uses his investment background and extensive business relations in Europe to concentrate on structuring and placing more complex trade and project finance transactions in those markets.

Project financing and structured trading are integral features of DMC Global where he is the CEO in serving many oil and gas clients around the globe. Currently, he is the Chief Executive Officer of DRAM OIL AND TRADING LIMITED which deals in the supply and distribution of petroleum products in West Africa. Mr. Koranteng has a diploma in International Marketing from the London City College.

After obtaining his Bachelor of law (LLB) degree from the University of London in 1991 where he specialized in company, contract, trust and commercial Law, Casely enjoyed a short stint working as a manager within the House of Fraser group in London. In 2002 he joined Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward, one of London’s largest independent estate agents and property managers and developers, working within their sales and marketing and financial services department as a portfolio manager for companies and non- profit organizations and involved in the sales of properties, insurance policies and mortgages.

In 2006 Casely left Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward and joined Norman Peal Ltd of London working as a Commercial Manager in their commercial and marketing department. In 2008 he left and joined United Infrastructure Development Corporation (UIDC) in Milton Keynes in the UK as Commercial Manager and helped develop the company’s operational and logistical systems and implementing the framework for sustained and systematic organic growth. He spearheaded the marketing of the company’s products and services across Africa, travelling to places like South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana.

Casely is currently the Operations Director of DMC Global and the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Dram Oil and Trading Limited. He is responsible for the drafting and implementation of contracts, MOU’s etc with suppliers and buyers and other ancillary service providers within the group’s operations and has established relationships on behalf of the company with various IOC’s and refineries whilst engaging and maintaining relationships with numerous reputable clients in Africa such as Sahara Oil, Conoil, Chase Petroleum and quasi-governmental organizations such as the National Oil Company of Kenya (NOCK).

Sandra Botchway is a product of the University of Ghana Legon, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. She also has post graduate diploma in Office Management and Administration with Cambridge International College, UK. She has worked with various companies including Metro TV where she worked as the Personal Assistant to the Commercial Manager.

She also worked with M&K (Ghana) Ltd (Coral Paints) as the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and in charge of Human Resource and Office Administration. Currently, she works with DRAM OIL AND TRADING LIMITED as head of HR and Administration.

Edward graduated with MA from the University of East London and worked as Health & Safety Supervisor at the Barbican Center in London. He later joined Berwin & Berwin as the Retail Area Manager where he successfully managed a chain of retail outlets for the company to increasing sales and brand awareness. Edward then returned to Ghana in 2000 to joined Ranoplast Limited as sales and marketing manager to develop the market in West Africa.

Edward later worked with Kemitect Ventures Ltd as Sales and Marketing Manager. He worked with Dram Oil and Trading Ltd as the General Manager from 2010 to 2015 before joining Dram Oil Limited as the General Manager.

Newton Attigah, graduated from KNUST with bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1977. He undertook many Post Graduate courses in management and product sales in Ghana and outside Ghana in his career. Newton worked with Unilever Ghana Ltd for 14 years as Branch & Technical Sales Manager (Contractor’s Plant Department GCMT Division), General Manager (Africa Motors Division) and Units Sales Manager (Tractor and Equipment Division) successively.

Later, He joined Minproc Pty Ltd. as Assistant General Manager for 4yrs. In 1997, he moved to Total Ghana as their Mines Sales Manager for 14years. He has worn many mining companies to the portfolio of Total Ghana. He recently in consulted for Dram Oil & Trading and Champion Oil in their Business Development. He is currently the Director of Business Development for Dram oil Ltd

Frank Maclord Boadu graduated from Coventry University, UK with MSc in Oil & Gas management and BSc in Marketing from University College of Management Studies, Ghana. Frank worked with Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc. as a Computer Systems Infrastructure Analyst Mobil OiL Ghana and Fuels Operations and Lubes sales Coordinator in the Northern sector for ExxonMobil Ghana respectively.

Frank moved to Top Oil as Field Operations & Marketing Manager (Northern sector) and later joined Jusbro Petroleum as the General Manager (Operation. He was the Director in charge of Operations and Marketing for Seam Oil for 2yrs before joining Dram with over 18yrs experience in the Petroleum downstream industry.

Mr. Steve Mawuenyega is a married man with three children and holds a Post Graduate Qualification in Industrial Relations. He is the founder and Executive Chairman of Contrast Incorporated, an infrastructure projects consultancy company in Ghana and has shareholdings in other companies. Mr. Mawuenyega serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dram Oil and Trading Limited and also serves on other boards notably MECEN JV (a Ghana/Korea JV) and CAMAS Ghana (a Ghana/USA JV).

Through the establishment of partnerships with international companies, he has undertaken various developmental projects in a number of African countries, but especially in the infrastructure area in Ghana. Other projects that Mr. Mawuenyega has initiated and developed are water supply projects for the Government of Ghana which he did through Ghana’s sector Ministry responsible for water. He has attended and delivered papers at a number of international conferences covering areas such as energy, water supply, transport and enterprise development.

Steve holds several other appointments including Deputy Director General for International Agency for Rural Industrialization (INARI), a United Nations Affiliate Agency. He served as the agency’s representative to Vienna and the Netherlands for four and a half years.

Steve has for the last decade held the position of Honorary Special Envoy for the President of Somaliland and a Consul General to the Ecowas Region. He has also served for nine years as a Board member of the Sickle Cell Foundation of Ghana. He has served for many years as a member of the Board of Directors of Accra Hearts of Oak Football Club Limited.

He is a regular attendee of the World Economic Forum, in Davos, Switzerland and a member of the Corporate Location, an international organization that promotes investments to the less endowed all over the world.
